According to the company’s articles of association, the company’s purpose is the planning and construction of all types of buildings and the execution of all types of construction work for its own or third-party account, including all work directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may manufacture, acquire, use, and sell movable and immovable property.<\/p>\n

\nThe affected groups of people and the related data or data categories are derived from the intended purpose (No. 4). These are primarily the following groups of people:
\nOur own employees, trainees, interns, applicants, clients and their employees, customers, suppliers, service providers, contractual partners, and contact persons for the aforementioned groups.
\n…Data categories: Master data, billing data, prospective customer data, customer data, contract data, payment data, control data, client data, employee data, business partner data, supplier data, and public authority data.
\n…Data: Address data, name data, date of birth, tax numbers, VAT ID numbers, information on social security numbers, religious affiliation, bank details, health data, planning data, contract data, billing data, voluntary information provided by the data subject to the extent necessary to complete the order or to process the contract. In the area of \u200b\u200bhuman resources, additional information on qualifications, entry and exit from employment, wage and salary data, pension and social security data, warnings, certificates, and application documents are stored.<\/p>\n

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed:<\/strong>
\nNo personal data will be forwarded without consent. If the contractual partner has given their express consent or has been instructed, or if overriding legal provisions stipulate the transfer of data, data will be transferred to:
\n\u2013 Public bodies (e.g., tax offices, social security institutions, banks, insurance companies, courts)
\n\u2013 Internal bodies involved in the execution of the respective business processes
\n(e.g., human resources, accounting, purchasing, marketing, general administration, sales)
\n\u2013 External contractors (service providers) in accordance with Section 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
\n\u2013 Other bodies if necessary to pursue the purposes stated under 4.<\/p>\n

Standard periods for data deletion:
\n<\/strong>The legislature has issued a variety of retention obligations and periods. After these periods have expired, the relevant data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required for contract fulfillment, unless statutory retention obligations and periods conflict with this. Unless otherwise affected, data will be deleted when the purposes stated under 4 no longer apply.<\/p>\n
